DESCRIPTION:We will be celebrating Charter Day at the museum on March 8 from noon to 5. This is the day all Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission sites are open free to the public to celebrate William Penn and the founding of Pennsylvania. \nOur program\, which will begin at 2pm\, will be a special presentation by PHMC Commissioner Bill Lewis on the impacts of the Titanic disaster on Northeast Pennsylvania. \nThe event and museum admission are FREE all day!
