The collections of the Anthracite Heritage Museum include a non-circulating archives and library.

THE LIBRARY

The library collections contain books, periodicals, and vertical file items. Patrons interested in these collections should search for the title, author, and subject information on the Pennsylvania State Library catalog web site through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

THE ARCHIVES

The archival collections contain documents, maps, images, and ephemera. Patrons who which to access information in these collections are requested to make an appointment, in advance, by telephoning John Fielding at 570-963-4845 or sending email to jfielding@pa.gov.
