Think your family’s recipe is the best boilo in the Valley? Put it to the test at our boilo competition! Whether you brew a traditional mix or a creative new twist, we welcome all varieties.
How to Enter
- Use the form below to register by November 29.
- Purchase an event ticket. No additional registration fee required.
- Bring all ingredients, supplies, and a crockpot for your boilo to the museum. Contestants may arrive starting at 2pm. We will provide contestants with power access and a worktable.
- Have your boilo ready for guests and judges to sample by 5pm.
Competition entry includes:
- A reserved tasting table.
- Signage with your recipe’s name and story.
- Entry into the Judge’s Choice and People’s Choice categories.
- Prizes for the top 3 Judge’s Choice contestants and People’s Choice winner.
