All of the volunteers at the Anthracite Heritage Museum and Scranton Iron Furnaces help in so many different ways—each through their particular interests and talents. Volunteers serve as tour guides; members of the Associates Board of Directors; assisting in the Museum Store and with Visitor Services; aiding Curators and conducting research; maintaining the Anthracite Heritage Garden; as well providing staffing for a variety of events and programs.
The Anthracite Heritage Museum and Scranton Iron Furnaces could not function without many volunteers. Please complete and return a Volunteer Application (PDF) if you would like to volunteer. The Anthracite Heritage Museum and Scranton Iron Furnaces continually welcomes all who wish time and skills with others.
